Uconnect Access App Reviews

Its nice and its cool to have an app that can remotely start and stop your car , or lock the doors. But i can achieve the same affect with a one time purchase and installation. If in going to add another bill, it must be worth it. Id like to be sble to control my controls, eg heat, heated wheel and seats, defrost, all that. Put our money towards development please. Also the time it takes from start to finish in auto start is entirely to long, its thr little things that make the biggest differences. So when my trial is over, itll be a No for me today.

Make it work faster. Also, if this app had an Apple Watch app, my life would be complete.

The app works like once a month. Already deleted it and reinstalled multiple times. I even had the radio replaced ( for other issues).....I tried everything and nothing! Always getting the "U connect access app error"

Latest update ruined an already weak app. I cant get to the remote start, remote lock/unlock, etc. anymore. All that comes up is Via Mobile Link to connect iHeart, Pandora, Slacker, etc. If youre trying to be the new OnStar, you failed miserably.

Can you guys please add spotify to the list of music apps you can use I would definitely rate this app better if it had spotify as an option

The app only starts the vehicle very spontaneously, definitely doesnt work more often than it does. When it does work it takes about 4 mins.

Out of 10 times I try and use this service it may connect once. Its not just the app but the whole UConnect system Ive had issues with since buying my Ram. Extremely disappointed!

I have a Chrysler 300 and this app doesnt work for me. It goes right to asking me to connect to apps like pandora but does not offer the remote start. Whats the use of using it?

Remote start and lock/unlock do not work at all. Locate vehicle seems to work. Scares me with so many lines of computer code running the car, that a simple web app does not work.

Takes about a minute for any confirmation for lock/unlock or remote start. Thats fine, however, it never works. Not once has it done the command requested; even though I receive a confirmation that it was successful.

Works fine for starting, unlocking doors, and sending directions to the navigation, but dont even bother trying Pandora. iHeart Radio works, but you have to have the uconnect app open, which defeats the whole point of hands free.

Barely ever works upon first opening. I have to close and re-open the app multiple times before I cant get a signal link with my 2015 Crystler 200. Locate my car is NEVER accurate. It always says my car is at home unless its been parked else way for a couple hours. PLEASE UPDATE it needs better connection between phone app and car status.

Its cool I can locate my jeep. Thats the best part. I hate that every time I get in my jeep the app pops up. I dont need the app when Im in the car. It does me no good. I swipe it away and it pops up again. No matter how many times I do this. Then it says it cant be used while the car is moving. Great, I dont need to use it while the car is moving. I need the app not to pop up when I get in the car. I also has all kinds of bugs. Doesnt always respond to unlocking doors or starting that car. Not that I need to do those things. I keep the app on my phone for the locator.

By far the worst app Ive ever used. I have jumped through all the hoops & worked with customer service several times and it just is not a good app. On the bright side they can unlock my vehicle if I needed but I am unable to do it myself from the app no matter where I am or how much I try. Needs to be fixed!!

The app itself works. Ive used it to start my truck and unlock the doors with little issues. Sometimes it comes back with an error but mostly its okay. The most frustrating part of this app is that when I have Bluetooth enabled on my phone the app automatically opens when I reach my vehicle. It opens over and over and over despite closing it. Extremely frustrating to have the app open while Im attempting to do something else like text or make a phone call.

I downloaded this app to give it a try I can not get pass the music screen set up to see if the app even works Ill keep trying, but thus far not a Dodge brother quality app

The app has been getting better over time, but the latest update forces me to relogin all the time, which is frustrating when I want to quickly open the app to start my car or unlock my doors, and it also causes sending an address to the navigation to fail since the app isnt logged in. Please please please fix this.

This app is horrible it does not work downloaded it on my iPhone and iPod to use in my new 2016 Dodge Ram. The app will not let me create an account tried 20 times on both devices and the app tells me account cant be created try again. What is the point of an app if you cant even get into it
