Awful

By far the worst app Ive ever used. I have jumped through all the hoops & worked with customer service several times and it just is not a good app. On the bright side they can unlock my vehicle if I needed but I am unable to do it myself from the app no matter where I am or how much I try. Needs to be fixed!!
