Problem 1:doesnt connect Problem 2:cant play movies Problem 3:so hard to use

App works well for basics (unlocking car, remote start). However, if it offered the ability to control the seat heaters, temperature and how long the car runs for, it would be truly invaluable. I would think it would be easiest to just have max heat and max cool settings pre set for each type of vehicle, which wouldnt be very difficult, and then on the app just have the option for Heat or Cool. That would be taking remote start to the next level of functionality.

Very slow with tons of errors/crashes.

Update: I finally got this app working again. I logged out of the app. Even though you have to put in your pin every time you remote start, you are always logged in. So I logged out and then back in and the app was reset. It even corrected the color of my vehicle. So now I will give it 3 stars. Would give it 4 but I received no support, had to figure it out on my own. And it should do more for the price. ------- This app was pretty good it worked about 90 % of the time. Then when I upgraded my phone, it became the piece of junk that everyone else is claiming it is. After 3 months now my password is incorrect! Are you kidding me, Just when I needed it the most in 25, degree weather. Sent emails to company no response. This seem like an idea a couple of kids made work and sold it off without doing research.

I am not sure what algorithm this app uses to validate email addresses for creation or pandora however the developer should know that "-" is a valid character for a domain (i.e. Joe-smith.com). Without getting past this - the app is useless

My vehicle locate, streaming, unlock, start, are all subpar if they even work. Things that are charged for should be free.

This app is ok. They really need to add onto it so you know whether your vehicle started or not. Ive used better apps for other vehicles and it tells you that it has started or shut off.

Can only be as good as the actual car, but itd be amazing if the app could download updates instead of having to download from the website and connecting an USB to the car.

Do not update to the latest version (Jan 2017) as it will take away your location search to send to vehicle while in motion. My wife usually searches while in the passenger seat from her phone and sends it to the car. She cannot do it anymore, we can only do it from my older version of the program.

The remote start/end and lock/unlock work OK, but it takes 3 to 5 minutes for them to go through. And what is the point of the "send and go?" It cannot be used while the vehicle is in motion. So even if you have the passenger search for a destination, The driver must still pull over and stop the vehicle in order to get the directions into the navigation system. I would rather just have the passenger read me the directions. This shouldnt be called a "send and go" feature because it is more a stop and send. I end up using my phone anyway, which is more unsafe than just letting me send the directions while in motion. I have only tried the vehicle locator once, but it took so long to load that I found my car on my own. Im not sure why I would pay to use these features.

FCA should be ashamed. When you create a safety app with no assuredness that it will function as advertised, that erodes confidence quickly. Like the idea and would like to use it but i cannot even login most times. Poor. Please spend some money to fix this app that you promised would work at the time of my expensive vehicle purchase...

This app is really disappointing. The few times that I have tried to use it I always get request not successful or timed out. I hope the developers spend some quality time to actually improve the app. I suggest actually testing it in the field and not in a lab environment.

I got this app primarily for the auto start feature which works maybe 10% of the time. I initially let my subscription expire because it would hardly work. A year later I thought I would renew and give it another try . . . but it still has the same problems as before. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS APP!

Im not sure what all the negativity is out there. I have a 2017 Durango and this app works great so far (Ive been using it for past 4 weeks now). I can send locations to my vehicle easily with "SendnGo", remote start, lock and unlock my vehicle with no issues. I can see the app seeming like it has issues if you have a bad data connection, but majority of the time itll be the data connection. The app could use some more features (like managing wifi and SiriusXM subscriptions)

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 & the app doesnt work for me.

I was excited about this app when I purchased a new Jeep but that excited ended the first time i tried using it. It will not work within my office using the WiFi or Verizone LTE. 80% of the time outside of my office the app will not work. HOWEVER, if I go to the online site, all of the remote functions work. The app needs serious help! Now with v 2.7.11 I cannot even log in. It constantly displays error message: Unable to retrieve user information at this time. This has been going on for 4 days now.

Not really sure what this app is trying to accomplish. It has difficulty connecting to my account all the time. Every command Ive attempted to use fails to work. Passengers cannot use this when trying to navigate. The times Ive needed it to remote lock my car has never worked - I have to login using my phones browser and lock it that way. This has to easily be one of the most useless apps Ive experienced.

The app takes forever to do anything. Its really slow. It crashes a lot. The yearly service is way too expensive for what it offers.

Never works. And you want me to pay for this access? Dont bother !
