Doesnt work well

Barely ever works upon first opening. I have to close and re-open the app multiple times before I cant get a signal link with my 2015 Crystler 200. Locate my car is NEVER accurate. It always says my car is at home unless its been parked else way for a couple hours. PLEASE UPDATE it needs better connection between phone app and car status.
