Its alright sometimes doesnt respond but i think it was my connection, you guys should have it compatible with apple watch

Barely ever works upon first opening. I have to close and re-open the app multiple times before I cant get a signal link with my 2015 Crystler 200. Locate my car is NEVER accurate. It always says my car is at home unless its been parked else way for a couple hours. I would not purchase this app.

The via mobile IHeart Radio app doesnt work. The uconnect app makes me login at least twice a week. Called Uconnect and they tried several things over a 2 week period and then closed the ticket even though it wasnt fixed.

The app wont even let me create an account! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and no change, even tried different emails/passwords. Too bad, I have a new jeep I was dying to use this with! :(

This app is horrendous. It fails to start my 16 Ram approx 80 % of the time from my iPhone via the app. And when it does work it takes approx 60 seconds to start the vehicle. I have Verizon Wireless as my cell provider with a strong signal. I also have Verizon Fios for my wifi. Results are exactly the same with attempting to start the ram via the app. 100% success rate instantly with my keychain remote.

Downloaded this app for my 2015 Chrysler 200S and I cant even make an account? Hmmm says there is an error with my name, I KNOW HOW TO SPELL MY NAME lol Can anybody help?

Wont even let me create an account, I tried multiple times but every times it says "your account creation failed, try again"!!

"Account creation failed" is what I receive every time. I Cant use app at all. Useless app. Why cant I create an account ??

Tried to create an account and it simply wouldnt let me. Completely annoying.

I do not like the app opening itself up every time I start my vehicle. If this issue gets fixed then I will love this app.

I have absolutely ZERO need for this app once Im in my car and driving. Yet, it launches itself on my phone all by itself shortly after I start driving. Guessing the Bluetooth pairing of my device triggers this - but WHY??? I dont need to access the app EVER when Im in my car!!!

I have a Chrysler and I want to be able to use this app and I can even get it to log me in. Getting error message everywhere with this app.

Free trail just expired and I will not be renewing. I thought this would be great to have as a "spare key" on my phone. Only after multiple attempts did the remote start or unlock work! I have a 2015 Cherokee with keyless entry. I find it hard to believe that with all of the technology Jeep is putting into their vehicles, they cant program an app to work! The app would randomly launch when getting into the car - very annoying. Total waste. Not worth the subscription. This should be a free service and accept it as-is at best.

I downloaded this app and tried to create an account. Every time I entered a password and my first and last name I get error message Account creation failed. I delete and reinstalled the app and I am still getting the error. Is there a way to go online to create an account ?

(1) App autolaunches every time i plug my iPhone in via USB. no way to disable feature. (2) App constantly forgets all login info requiring re-entry of user ID and password (3) Remote lock/unlock is incredibly slow, can take several minutes to work.
