Disappointing and annoying

The remote start/end and lock/unlock work OK, but it takes 3 to 5 minutes for them to go through. And what is the point of the "send and go?" It cannot be used while the vehicle is in motion. So even if you have the passenger search for a destination, The driver must still pull over and stop the vehicle in order to get the directions into the navigation system. I would rather just have the passenger read me the directions. This shouldnt be called a "send and go" feature because it is more a stop and send. I end up using my phone anyway, which is more unsafe than just letting me send the directions while in motion. I have only tried the vehicle locator once, but it took so long to load that I found my car on my own. Im not sure why I would pay to use these features.
