Needs Major Improvements to be useful

I was excited about this app when I purchased a new Jeep but that excited ended the first time i tried using it. It will not work within my office using the WiFi or Verizone LTE. 80% of the time outside of my office the app will not work. HOWEVER, if I go to the online site, all of the remote functions work. The app needs serious help! Now with v 2.7.11 I cannot even log in. It constantly displays error message: Unable to retrieve user information at this time. This has been going on for 4 days now.
