Fails constantly

This app is horrendous. It fails to start my 16 Ram approx 80 % of the time from my iPhone via the app. And when it does work it takes approx 60 seconds to start the vehicle. I have Verizon Wireless as my cell provider with a strong signal. I also have Verizon Fios for my wifi. Results are exactly the same with attempting to start the ram via the app. 100% success rate instantly with my keychain remote.
