For those who have only owned Mopar products, they will say this is pretty good. For the rest of the people out there, this is by far the worst vehicle to mobile device app integration ever. The annual cost is way too high for way too little. Ford and GM both are more functional and a better value. The responsiveness of the app is also the slowest we have ever seen. It should not take seven (yes 7) minutes from the time someone request a remote vehicle start until the vehicle attempts it. Yes the phone was connected via wifi when it was attempted. They service technicians at the dealership even said they have seen it take up to 15 minutes. Same issue applies with locking and unlocking the doors. Let us not forget to mention the app crashes many times when you try and use it. It will load, then after you try to start or unlock the vehicle, you receive either an error or the app closes all together and will not log in when you reopen it. Enough said. This serves as your warning, buyer beware of Mopar and the U-Connect system and the app.
