Zero Stars not an option?

Im confident that if Im ever locked out of my car...this app will fail me.

I bet Ive opened it 20 times, and never gotten anything to work.

And I wish I had a dollar for every "Network Error" Ive seen.

I want to delete it, but may (God help me) need it some day. So instead I buried it deep back in my app screens.
