Confused

So ice been trying to set up my icon next app to my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. But it keeps telling me that my "account creation is unavailable, please try again later" its been doing this now since Ive bought my car back in December and it is now April. I know Istill taking so long to say something but I life happens! Cant find any help anywhere to resolve the problem would love it if the uconnect team could reach out to me so that I can have my phone set up with my car!! Thank you!
